Our auction house Kanerz Art Luxembourg is delighted to present a Bibliophily sale to be held exclusively online from July 11 to 22, 2025 - closing at 3:00 pm.
This sale brings together first editions sought after by the most demanding collectors, as well as limited editions, numbered copies, art bindings and illustrated books. Of particular note are a legal library, a lost manuscript found 80 years later, an original edition of Victor Hugo's Hernani, of which 500 copies were printed at the time, a copy of Stendhal's Madame Bovary, a score signed by Johann Strauss, and editions in Italian, English and German. In short, there's something for every bibliophile looking to add to their collection.
Our selection covers several centuries of book art, from the 16th to the 20th century, as well as contemporary deluxe facsimiles.
